Larry Pratt, the Executive Director of Gun Owners of America, will speaking on the Harrisburg Capitol Steps this Saturday, May 15.

While this is a free event, the organizers are encouraging attendees to bring and display an American flag. The rally will kick off at 10 am, and will feature a concert by well-known country music singer Aaron Tippin.
