XDM compact 9mm
Hi all,
My first post here. Hoping to find a used XDM 3.8 compact 9mm (or .40) pistol. Bitone finish. Tall order? Someone out there know of one?
Also, looking for someone (a real person) to aid in my home defense tactics/plan. You tube has been valuable in soooo many ways. I just applied for my LTC and looking forward to finding a range/club membership to connect with people to help me learn.
Thanks!

Re: XDM compact 9mm
It may be a tall order right now. I was in my usual gun shop yesterday. I have also been thinking of an XD, but I want the XD9 Subcompact. Of course they didn't have one.
Anyway, the shop was down in handgun offerings I'd say from 40-50% of what they used to have on hand. Used handguns were scarce, they did have a handful of pistols on consignment.
I would try calling the local shops and ask if they will call you if they get one in. It really is a sellers market right now, it's just crazy.
Good luck.A nation without borders is not a nation.

Might want to check into Adams County Sport Handgunners, they offer NRA pistol courses and have regular shoots, that are practical and informal. www.acsha.com Probably 30-45 min from Camp Hill.

Re: XDM compact 9mm
So I've had this gorgeous XDM Compact 3.8 in .40 cal for 1 year, and I love it. I would consider a trade for the 9mm version if someone is interested in my .40 cal version. I'd like to try the 9mm version if anyone is in the Harrisburg area. I could have you as a guest at my range, and try each other's guns out.

Re: XDM compact 9mm
Hi Sammy,
I like that store a lot. I got a 3.8 XDM compact, and they had one in stock for a period of time. They have more Glocks, as they cater to police/security agencies. Nice place to shop though!
