Default More OC in downtown
Just thought I would mention.. as I was driving to work, saw a guy with a bright red backpack strutting up the street with a glock (or similar) strapped to his hip.

He didnt look like an LEO.. not a suit and tie either.. Just a citizen exercising his rights and his legs!
