Denied Montgomery County CCW

Another case that seems unfair, looking for an attorney to fight my case. I have no record, but I believe the local LEO had issues due to my special needs children. Complicated case but I do not feel they have grounds for turning me down. Is there any attorney reasonable out there to help.

I was told by my local chief LEO I would be turned down. I have not received the letter yet, they are draging their feet. I thought an attorney early in the process might help to convience the sheriff or the sheriff's attorney to think this through. I have no criminal record ever.

The Sheriff is the issuing authority.
He has has State issued guidelines.....

1. Some Sheriff's require a 'police check card' as part of their investigation
2. I am personally aware of at least one case where a denial under the character clause was issued because of a 'recommendation' by the local police chief to the Sheriff.

Montco is one of those sheriffs.
