How do you poo?

Ha, specifically, what do you do when you are using public facilities to.. for lack of a more mature phrase that suits me, drop a deuce?

I haven't really found anything that I'm 100% comfortable with, and I'm wondering what everyone else does when they're using the porcelain highway in a public setting.

What I actually do depends on the circumstance. I absolutely do NOT like leaving my gun in its holster on the floor. God forbid someone sees it under the stall wall and decides he wants it. Then again, am I being overly paranoid?

Anyone have any insight or solutions?

You know, as odd as it seems I have been thinking about this for as long as I have been able to CC (3 months). The first question I asked one of my friends who is a police officer was, How do you crap with this thing on. I take it off and hold it in my lap haha. There has to be a better way.

The way I was taught was to get in the stall, unholster, sit down, place your weapon where you can get it easily (I just put it in my pants). When you're finished, reverse the process. For added security, use this method for all bodily functions.

I do not unholster. I take off holster and all and hold it in my lap or hang the holstered firearm on the hook inside the stall with me. I use the hook because it is still within reach and up where no one can see.

You should have listened to your parents when they said "Go before you leave the house!" I must be blessed I can hold it for nearly a week before I will poop away from home!

I unholster the gun and lay it in my underwear in my pants around my ankles. I practiced this at home and found this to be the best for me.

My pants don't go past my knees when I drop the kids off at the pool anyways (who wants their pants soaking up whatever is on the floor?). So the holster and gun are never visible below the stall and are readily available.

Exactly . I never unholster after leaving house unless I am going to use it .

You could do what the Easton cop did at LoneStar and lay it on the toilet paper dispenser and forget it. Go back later and it had disappeared.
