If it can be squeezed in there, I'd love to see the statute on Official Oppression added.

§ 5301. Official oppression.

A person acting or purporting to act in an official capacity or taking advantage of such actual or purported capacity commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if, knowing that his conduct is illegal, he:

1. subjects another to arrest, detention, search, seizure, mistreatment, dispossession, assessment, lien or other infringement of personal or property rights; or
2. denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, power or immunity.

PA Patriot, are you able to make this in card format? I would like to have a quick reference laminated card for myself and my family on not only rights but procedures and numbers to reference if something should happen...

I'm bad at this stuff but I would recommend having Sections 6120 6106 and 6107 on the front, with a nice backround. If you have room you can put the off limits places to carry. On the back you could put an area for the person to write their quick reference numbers (Lawyer, Local LEO office, Local LTCF Issuing Bureau, etc) as well as the states which you can carry in with a PA LTCF. I hope other people will chime in to this as the flyer is a bit bulky to carry around 24x7. Maybe even a buisnesscard with a tinyurl to the PDF of the brochure and a bit of carry info to give out to the unknowing?

I agree that it would be nice to have a card-sized document, but of course, it will require a significant paring down of the brochure. I personally like the included "Advisory Notes", since they help present specific info in support of your actions (OCing) should you have an unpleasant encounter. Nothing like a little stress to wipe the memory when you need it most.

I carry a very minimal wallet, with just my ID, LTCF and a bank card. I keep two of the flyers (folded in half) in my right hip pocket with the wallet. One for my reference, one to share if an opportunity presents itself.

I sure like what has been done with the flyer. I place it around as I travel throughout Erie County.

On Version 5a, on page 2, in the section in regards to 5503 Disorderly Conduct , there is a typo. Toward the bottom in bold print the word "that" is duplicated back to back.

I know, it's just a minor point, but...

I've replaced the OC flyer with the new and improved gun rights flyer.

I will be tweaking the old OC version to be more specific to OC (only) and then posting it up under a new name, to be used as an alternative to the new version.

So we will have two flyers. A "Gun Rights" flyer and an "OC" flyer.

I stopped by the range today and they started asking me for more before I even got all the way through the door. I had printed up 15 more(my printer ran out of ink ) so I left those there. They said people were grabbing them left and right.
