Why can't the people who write this legallize, make it easy to understand. I hate all the grey areas that crop up.

OK then. I'll print one up and make anohter 100 copies. Want to get them out there.

They don't want us peasants to have a clear understanding of what we can do. If we did, half of us would actually do it, and stand firm if challenged, and the other half would raise holy hell that we were actually able to do it in the first place.

So which portion of the UFA makes posession of an LTCF a requirement for OC in philly? I assumed that was in the portion that stated the purpose of a license.

No person shall carry a firearm, rifle or shotgun at any time upon the public streets or upon any public property in a city of the first class unless:

(1) such person is licensed to carry a firearm; or

(2) such person is exempt from licensing under section 6106(b) of this title (relating to firearms not to be carried without a license)

I just came back from Pocono Pistol Club. I haven't been in a few months, and I thought they were printing up fliers to leave out. Turns out I was wrong. After I finished up, I came home and printed off about 15, and brought them back. When I dropped them off, he put them in a holder on the counter

There was a guy there asking about local rifle ranges, and I gave him a flier and directed him here. Hopefully, we'll see a new member today


I am printing off a bunch now, and if I have a chance to drop them off tomorrow, I will.
