That's ok. This is NOT an 'OC specific' flyer. It contains info on both methods of carry, and general info about transfers, etc.

It's a tri-fold intended for distro to the general populace, particularly when they ask you carry related Q's.
This is about educating the public, spreading the word, to counter the BS, misconceptions and outright lies that the uninformed (including LEO's) have been spreading for years throughout the commonwealth.
These are not intended to be passed out at the airport like the religious nuts
I keep these in my car and in my man-purse or day-bag.
If the topic of firearms comes up, or someone asks about my open carry, these are a handy way to provide information and links to information.

The content is heavily weighted towards open carry since there is much myth and mis-information regarding OC. Concealed carry is covered as well but because concealed carry is typically understood more in terms of statute it may seem disproportionately discussed in the flyer.

The flyer It is two sided (displays as two pages in the PDF doc) intended to be printed on std 8x10 paper (both sides) and then folded.
The margins are tight so you may need to tweak your print settings to get everything to line up right. If you select "scale to paper" or "shrink to fit" I have found that it shrinks the page too much, causing the graphic box to not be centered on the front fold.
On the two printers I've printed this on I had to adjust the scaling % manually in the advanced properties to get it to print perfectly. All printers are likely to be different in how they manage minimum margins so just a heads up.

Feel free to add suggestions for improvements or changes.

It's a PDF file and if your browser Adobe Acrobat pluggin is not up to date it will not open in your browser.

I just checked and it opens...the advice above about downloading it to your desktop downloading a free adobe PDF reader is the best you can get. By any chance are you opening it in Firefox? Occasionally I get a problem with it, and need to select 'Open in New Tab' for it to actually open...try any of these and let us know...

Your computer is defective. You have to go out and purchase a brand new one.

Do you have Adobe Reader installed? You need Adobe Reader (or any other PDF reader) to open PDF files.

I recently noticed on the Pennsylvania AGs website on the page regarding reciprocity

under Category 2 North Dakota is listed along with Montana, Colorado, etc, but North Dakota is absent from the list on the flyer, and most of the reciprocity maps I have seen online:

Category 2: States that have statutory reciprocity under 6106(b)(15) of the Uniform Firearms Act.

The following states have been granted statutory reciprocity without a formal written agreement under 6106(b)(15), based on the determination of the Attorney General that the other state has granted reciprocity to Pennsylvania license holders, and that the other state's laws governing firearms are similar.

Idaho
Indiana
Louisiana
Montana
North Dakota
Utah

also, I noticed under Category 3 the Pennsylvania LTCF is incorrectly referred to as a concealed firearm license.

Category 3: Unilateral reciprocity granted by another state for Pennsylvania license holders.

This category encompasses states which allow an individual issued a valid concealed firearm license from Pennsylvania to carry a firearm while in those respective states.
