CHAPTER 61. USE OF PUBLIC AREAS OUTSIDE THE CAPITOL COMPLEX—STATEMENT OF POLICY

This is the same as casinos. It's their policy, doesn't mean much.

Places Off-Limits While Carrying:
- ANY Courthouse Any court facility, not necessarily a courthouse
- ANY Federal Property When posted
- State Parks (except while in vehicle)
- Detention Facilities (Adult & Juvenile)
- Military Facilities (Unless Authorized)
- Air Carrier Airport Terminals (secure areas only, common areas OK)
- Cities of the first class unless you hold a valid LTCF (Applies to
both OC & CC)
- Private Property / Business when prohibited by owner (verbal
notification required, signs carry no legal weight in PA)
- Public areas outside the PA capitol complex in Harrisburg.
- Pennsylvania Commonwealth University Penn State? Why? What authority? Penn State, by the way, is a PRIVATE university, not a state university

OK folks, looks like we got the big kinks worked out.
THANKS FOR THE HELP

I'm ready to declare this last version print worthy.

We can always make revisions at any time, I just want to make sure we are close enough to call it ready.. What say ye?

OK, read the entire thing. Looks pretty good.

I'd like to send one of the first copies to the local Harrisburg talk show host Bob Durgin. Since I've heard him talk about this exact same issue before, and he's been quite confused about it because he had various LEO's trying to explain it to him. Mix that in with a few callers that actually understood the law...if you know what I mean.

Wish we had more free thinkers on the airwaves up here in NEPA (Land of the lost).

Might want to also send him the LEO training memo. Only because it goes into more detail. A lot of this flyer is simply statements without quoted statute. Leaving it up to the reader to verify. The training memo is more supported with relevant code.

Great work! When I win the powerball lottery, I will pay for a mass mailing to every resident of Philadelphia. I might help counteract some of the propaganda that has been spoon fed to them all these years.

Can you imagine the shrill cries from the left if someone tried to educate the masses.
All of the work of Big Daddy Soros and his socialist sleeper cells would be for naught.
