PA non resident carry reciprocity states

I believe you'd almost have to look at each state's firearms laws to determine this. I do not know of a list.

You might try handgunlaw.us...they have some different ways to determine carry eligibility for states there.

And actually, PA's resident and non-resident licenses (LTCFs) are one and the same...except that the license-holder's address on the LTCF would be a non-PA address.

There are a few states that do not honor the non pa permit, ill post my finding for future reference.
