In addition to the fed classifying these as AOW, I am fairly sure that 908's description, "...firearm specially made or specially adapted for concealment or silent discharge,...", also would apply. So it would behoove anyone who has one to get a tax stamp to cover their ass. I would also imagine that being a gun concealed as a pen would make even Open Carry of one concealed in the eyes of everyone in the chain from the charging ADA to the convicting jury....
