Anyone have any recent experience regarding carrying at this casino in West Virginia?

Every casino I've ever been to (In PA, WV, FL, NV) have all had "No Weapons" policies and they DO enforce them.

I know that in PA, it is against gaming regulations to carry in a casino as well.
