Default Conceal and Carry transfer

Does anyone know if a conceal and carry from the state of Georgia will transfer here or do I need to re-apply?

There are no transfers of permits between any states.. You will need to apply for a PA LTCF. You GA permit may still be good until it expires, or it may become invalid upon taking residence in another state - that is determined by GA law.

Looks like you're in Westmoreland County. Details to apply are here.

And the forms you need are here.

You'll see that the sheriff refers to the licenses as Firearm's Permits, but they are a License To Carry Firearms (LTCF).

Pennsylvania does recognize Georgia as a reciprocal state as far as handgun carry goes...which means as a resident of GA, your GA permit will be honored in PA and vice versa.

PA has reciprocal agreement with a lot of states. See here for details.
