Does anyone know if a conceal and carry from the state of Georgia will transfer here or do I need to re-apply?

And the forms you need are here. You'll see that the sheriff refers to the licenses as Firearm's Permits, but they are a License To Carry Firearms (LTCF). |

Pennsylvania does recognize Georgia as a reciprocal state as far as handgun carry goes...which means as a resident of GA, your GA permit will be honored in PA and vice versa.
PA has reciprocal agreement with a lot of states. See here for details. |
