Default CCW to Township Commissioner's meeting?

Hello - I believe the answer is "No," but just to clarify: Is it illegal to CCW to a local Township's Commissioner's meeting, which is held at the township's municipal building? Does such a meeting/building fall under the restricted areas?

Thanks in advance!

It would be legal as long as the meeting is not held in a court facility, K-12 school, post office or federal building.

They may try and tell you it's illegal, but that would violate the pre-emption thing that states local municipalities can't override state firearms laws.

As HiredGoon pointed out, its legal.

If it's not one of the places I've listed here, its legal. http://forum.pafoa.org/concealed-ope...nsylvania.html (READ FIRST: Where you CAN and CANNOT Carry weapons in the State of Pennsylvania)

I'm honestly not too sure why people want to believe that government + guns don't mix--at least at the state level.

To hell with concealed carry, open carry! That's what I do at my borough council meetings (and that's what I did last year when I was Borough Council President!).
