One 1911A1 .45ACP w/one spare mag, sometimes two depending location, situation, probability of issues...Also, in my truck, I always have a 12 guage shotgun...I'm not in PA where its prohibited...

I carry a Springfield XD Sub-Compact in 9mm. Magazine capacity of 13. Carry no spare mags at this time.

Mostly, I carry a Springfield XD .45 Compact with the 10 round installed and a 13 round as a spare.

I carry ether a Sig 226 Blackwater or Sig 229 SCT. Always got an extra mag on me so that brakes down to:
41 rounds of 9mm in the 226
29 rounds of 40S&W in the 229

I think I will put an extra two mags and a box of ammo in the car like someone else said you never know
