Normally I carry two spare mags (10 rounds each) in my vest. It balances out the weight of the gun on the other side.
When I'm down to t-shirt and shorts it's only one spare in a smartcarry.

I carry one speed loader for my .357 mag . no spare mag for my pf 9 bug

Well, as PAPatriot pointed out, there are many variables. Im almost always in possession of 1 spare on my person - pretty rare that I dont have at least a spare on me. I keep another in each car, and sometimes have even more (Ive got 5 extras for my carry gun).
So it really depends on what your defining as "with you" as on your immediate person, or within arms reach. For this poll Im assuming on your person, so I voted 1.

13+1 .45 in the gun is sufficient for me. If I had a single stack I might carry a few spares. I can't picture myself in a situation where I've spent 14 rounds and I'm still pinned without an escape route. Though carrying spares in the car is something that never crossed my mind, I may do that.

I carry 2 additional 12 rnd mags for my USP 40c... Just because it balances the weight out nicely on the waist
