I just bought a set of hip grips for my J-frame and I have to say I really like them. It takes a little bit of getting used to as they change the way you have to grip the firearm while shooting, but it's really nice not to have to deal with a holster.
I've tried the clipdraw and didn't like it because it put the gun too high in my waistband - too much grip exposed and it takes more effort to get the clip to grab your pants properly. The hip grips put the gun right where it should be. Gotta love those J frames! |
