Default Visit to state rep.

My new state represenetive is having an open house at his office. Part of his campain was that he is pro 2A. I am going to visit. Can I CC to his office legallly? Can his office be considered an extention of the Court House? Anything I need to beware of?

Is at in the courthouse? If he's simply rented commercial space (as most do), that office does not meet the legal definition of a court facility per §913(f). I have open carried to a meeting with my state Rep. without incident.

No, not in the Courthouse, it is just office space.

Why not just ask your rep? If it is a problem then he might be able to get it changed.

Just to be on the safe side, you should probably open carry.
