Technically she carries a baby on both hips then. G26 "Baby Glock"

i agree I think people that start getting the rambo effect and give gun owners the appearenceof thugs. Does nothing but fuel the anti-gunners posters. We should be professional in all our dealings

Where is this "rambo" and "Thugs" appearance happening? Specifically?
Where was SFN unprofessional?

If you're going to fling rhetoric, be prepared to back it up.

Perhaps some of you folks who don't think Mrs Hain is in her right mind, it might be wise to seek the insight of those who have stood by helpless, while murdering psychopaths took innocent lives at will. Lawfully carrying a firearm in a locking holster (exactly what Mrs. Hain does) means two things: #1- she is careful to make sure that the firearm is secured in such away that there can be no accidental discharge, and #2- she understands that not carrying a defense tool simplifies the work for any would-be attacker. Is it really the opinion of those of you bashing Mrs. Hain that she should allow herself, her child, or anyone else to be victimized?

A second major issue with this case is the County Sheriff blatantly violating the law by revoking Mrs Hain's Licence to Carry Firearms, as well as the Judge calling her a fool to carry one. When did it become OK in this country for a law enforcement offical to decide who gets Constitutionally guaranteed Rights and who doesn't? When did it become OK for Judges to brow beat and belittle honest law-abiding citizens who commited NO CRIME for exercising those same Rights.

What was done here is no different than if the Sheriff had forbade Mrs. Hain from cheering for her child's team because members of the opposing team complained, followed by being called an idiot by the Judge for yelling "Go Team!" It is exactly the same.

I'm sure you same folks who blast lawful gun owners for carrying a firearm would feel just as abused by the system if they took away your right to pray or forced you to pray, or prohibited the press from reporting anything not approved by the government.

There is no need for statistics or quotes from wise old men. There is only the truth, and even if you personally refuse to acknowledge it, it still remains the truth.

How the frig is a child ever going to learn gun safety if they never even see one? God forbid they should ever find one on the street...not an unusual thing these days, unfortunately.

Kids are going to do the opposite of what you tell them to do; it's in their basic nature. Mommy and Daddy say 'NO!' so there must be something good that I'm missing..

My little guy will be 4 in January. He's never fired a real gun, and actually hasn't even seen very many....but he already handles his toys as though they were the real thing. You should hear him freak on mommy when she picks one up and puts her finger inside the guard..."Mommy, NO! Not put finger in unless you wanna shoot. Keep it out like daddy!"

Poor woman didn't know whether to laugh or cry, but she told me that she was damn proud of him...he told her the whole list of rules that I taught him, and then showed her.

I see a strong 2A supporter growing up here...
