I normally try to keep my posts on the forums fact based and really try not to resort to personal attacks so I have no clue why I was banned.

Maybe they saw your avatar from the site and it freaked them out.

I can not fathom why people feel they are at a 'disadvantage' when an honest, law-abiding citizen carries (openly). They don't mind concealed so what really is the issue?

If it were safety, then go get your license and arm yourselves, too. If everyone was armed, no crazy person, licensed or not could last very long.

That would require taking personal responsibility for their own safety and that of their children, and do you honestly think anyone who gets upset at someone else doing that is going to be willing to do it themself?

Maybe that's the problem right there. No attacks, and they didn't want you confusing the issue with facts, how boring is that? I don't think I was banned (never posted there before), just ignored. I could have saved a lot of time if they had given me notice.

MEL ....this just came to my mind. If i were you I would start carry some sort of OC spray, incase one of these rouge fathers tries to disarm you by force. Knowing their intentions are to only take your firearm shooting them might not be justified if they are in the act of trying to disarm you. Although it would be hard not to draw on a person trying to take your firearm. I would think a few good blasts of OC would discourage them incase anything would happen. And like i said above if that did happen and you sprayed them and someone called the police which im sure would happen, they would have to explain how they got sprayed, and how they tried to disarm you is the reason they were sprayed.

How do you know for a fact that they would only try to disarm you? Do you know that they would not attempt to shoot you when you fought back against them? They might get carried away and they are not licensed most likely. Only someone with a LTCF or LEO could legally possess it.

I would cc a BUG.

It would be they who are causing a dangerous situation. Totally antithesis to what they are claiming for the good of the little 'uns.
