The next meeting ought to be where they present the township supervisors with a court order directing them to fix the problem now, if not sooner.

Ok when taking donations at the Lancaster OC dinner I will ask anyone making them to please specify if it's for you or Jack. Do we have a picture of Jack? How about a picture of the park? I would like to decorate whatever container I am going to use for each. (Yes, I know...I'm a little "off" but I figure I'll be re-using the containers...)

I want to thank everyone for their continued donations. I've updated the total in the OP.

I also wanted to let those of you who wrote checks know that I will probably be cashing them about once a week. This way, they won't remain outstanding on your account while this whole ordeal plays out, and also, when I need to disburse the money, I'll have it more readily available to go out quickly.

How about this...

I'll pledge the remaining monies needed for the case to be pursued up to $1,500 if the case can and is extended, simultaneously, for each county, township and municipality with a violation pertaining to a park or other area, specifically, but not limited to, Limerick township and Montgomery county, and I am listed as one of the plaintiffs.

Tell me this can be done, I'll meet with you and the lawyer, deliver the check, and sign the paper work...

I have had enough of this total disregard of the law by persons within our government..

The only thing that could kill this proposal, pertaining to me being a main benefactor, is if we would have to sue each and every municipality separately.

The tie that binds many townships is that they all, despite home rule, refer to the same exact law.

$1,500 is cheap to put this nonsense to an end..
