ROLL CALL - Hazle Twp. Supervisor's meeting - 9/8/08

This thread is to coordinate plans to attend the upcoming meeting noted in the thread title. If you wish to discuss the ongoing issues at the core of this effort, please continue that discussion here. We have consulted numerous resources and contacts and have built comprehensive documentation showing that the previous excuses offered as justification for their illegal ordinance are not valid. I will be presenting this information to the Supervisors and their Solicitor.

We need as much support as we can muster for this meeting. We are planning for this to be the last meeting that we will attend before elevating this matter to the next level, and we want to make a STRONG statement to the township. All you need to do is show up. Several have mentioned their plans to attend in the other thread. Please re-state those intentions here if you are still planning on coming to the meeting, so we can have an accurate list of expected attendees.

Edit to add more specific location details:
27th street is on the EAST side of rt309. One block SOUTH of the McDonald's
Essentially, turn into the FIREHOUSE and follow the road around the SOUTH side of the firehouse. The twp building sits behind the firehouse

We expect the meeting will start promptly at 6:00. Anyone attending should plan to be at the Commons building by 5:45 pm. If you'd like to meet up prior to going, try to be at the McDonald's at 5:00 - especially if you plan on eating there before the meeting schr8er2000 will be there at 5:00 or shortly thereafter. If anyone would like my cell number, please PM me and I'll be happy to provide it.

If anyone else form Pittsburgh wants to go, I have 1, possibly 2 seats available (small car, so you'd be pretty cramped in the back seat)

I had my own borough council meeting to attend. Sort of mandatory for me since I'm the Council President. But, I do OC at my meetings.
