Default CC in PNC Field?

Does anyone know if it's OK to CC at PNC field? I know it's owned by the County but I'm curious to know if it's allowed.

Real quick... no metal detectors, but there is an "anti-self-defense" policy.

SAFETY REGULATIONS
For the comfort and security of all our Guests, we do not allow fans to enter PNC Park with hazardous or disruptive items. Samples of these items that are not permitted in the ballpark include boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, motorcycle helmets, Frisbees, laser pointers, fireworks, footballs and weapons of any kind. The Pirates reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers. Also see Umbrella Policy.
It's also worth noting that the park is owned by the "City of Pittsburgh Sports & Exhibition Authority." After a tad of search, citing http://www.pgh-sea.com/StadiumAuthority.htm, it seems that this is a "government entity."

Now, if the stadium is owned by the city, can they actually prohibit firearms?

<edit>

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm guessing since the pirates are "tenants" of the arena, then that rule is valid... Seems sort of wrong though, at least ethically, that a city owned stadium, built with public monies, could ban firearms.

We went to a Pirate game last summer and they checked my wifes bag and were making guys lift our shirts to expose the waste bands of our pants. I have never had them do that before and if I was carrying I would have been caught. I have talked to a few people since and they say that never happened to them. So I don't know what was up that day.

I was there last weekend for 2 games and had no problem CC'ing. No pat downs and no lifting shirts. They only checked my GF's bag.

i cc in PNC park quite often.

there are not signs and no pat downs.

i didn't even realize they had a no guns policy, but, if they aren't going to actually communicate it, then i'm not going to pay any attention to it.

if they put up a sign, i will respect it and stop going to pirates games, but i don't consider it my responsibility to go out of my way to find out what their policy is. if they really don't want me carrying a gun there, they should make the effort to communicate that.

they do look through bags, though...so i would suggest IWB, ankle, pocket carry, etc. as opposed to fanny pack, purse, etc.
