I'm not far from Pittsburgh, I didn't have anything better to do, and wanted to get it done faster. No reason I couldn't have mailed it, I just didn't.

Was mail even an option? The PCCD's shadowy & illegally meeting (sunshine act violations) License to Carry Advisory Commitee canned mail applications some time ago (despite no changed to published law or code). So did I miss something where mail applications were suddenly ok'd again?

In this country, more likely that having a bible is a requirement to get a DL.
