    Wow, I guess that includes a rental home even if there's no such mention in the contract? I guess we'll simply go back to the Outer Banks.
    When you rent a house or apartment, YOU are the person in control and possession. The landlord is not allowed to enter without your permission except in the event of an emergency.

    This looks promising but a few years ago a similar measure failed in SC Senate.

    FYI Nevada and Maine also have bills pending also to recognize all states permits. If only the PA AG would recognize all states permits. Little by little though our LTCF is getting more recognition. Although Maine does recognize PA resident LTCF's.

    This is still in the Senate committee. At least it passed strongly in the house.
