Collins, Esq., General Counsel, Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts" Perhaps a copy of that, written by "one of their own" ought to be furnished to the Wilkes-Barre Police Department. And this is from the People's Republic of Massachusetts!

I luckily have that day off I just have to go to Scranton to get some work done on my truck and get my acupuncture done but that should leave me plenty of time. My lovely wife will also be attending. If anyone needs a ride let me know my truck seats five comfortably.

OK, I couldn't get the night off, so I wasn't going to be able to make it. Hopefully, I will be off the next scheduled meeting.
OK, I'm dying to know what is going on behind the scenes. Does anyone smell fish, or is that Sushi.

Sorry for the late update ~ busy day!
Yes, there is a need to postpone this addressing of City Council until next month. will be an update this weekend explaining why. I have updated the OP and title to reflect this.
