I would recommend following up this encounter with a training memo:

You wrecked another car you silly sumbitch? Im never riding with you again without my DOT 5 helmet and nomex firesuit.
Glad everyone made it out ok. Was kiddo with? If he was, good job not using that OC weapon on the driver of the car that whacked you. And whats with people and thinking once that LTCF is signed, OC is verboten?
