Lackawanna LTCF
Went to Scranton today to apply for my LTCF. 20 minutes, in and out. I walked out with my permit. I couldn't believe how easy it was..

i'm from Luzerne county. i went years with out mine because i had always heard how hard it was to get approved. i am now on my thrid or fourth renewl. all of which took 15-20 minutes.

nice, congratulations! Lackawanna County is pretty easy with issuing them. unfortunately, everything else about the Sheriff's department is.....retarded.
