I'm going to shamelessly rip off a great idea from RWhiteman and post this thread to better organize what will be happening the day of Damage Control's hearing.

I will echo what I posted in the DC situation thread:


Ed has an incredibly strong case. Stronger than can be detailed in the situation thread.
I hope to see a bunch of you turn out for this, as we did for Greg. He can use our support and SusCo needs to see the positive image that PA gun owners and carriers present. Particularly when united to help a fellow citizen.


I will be scouting the pre-hearing and post-hearing meeting locations sometime next week.
If anyone local to Montrose has some suggestions please post them or PM me.

I am also going to contact the susco court/sheriff's office and recommend they make contingency arrangements to deal with the unusually large amount of personal sidearms they will be expected to check/secure per their requirement under 18 Pa.C.S. §913e

Don't know what the future will hold for me on employment and days off so I cannot commit to this yet. I can say that I will do everything in my power to make it to the hearing and contribute to the legal fund.

Hey gnbrotz....I felt terrible awful that I couldn't make your hearing, but you were quite a trip away for me.

But Susquehanna County isn't all that far....Count me in brother! I'll be there!

Well cheese and crackers. That's my B'day! I will my now plead for a car pool to Montrose. I suspect it's still a good 5hrs from here. At least we have about 6 weeks to get it together.

I'd make the trip... but there had better be steak. And pretty girls. Not in that order.
