1. I'll be wearing a sport jacket, so it would be a moot point.

2. I'm sure my counsel wouldn't advise it, but if I were determined to do so, I would. He works for me.

3. In the interest of demonstrating my argument that I am a rational, level-headed guy; not someone simply for attention or trying to make a political statement, I would most likely choose to not wear it. It could give unnecessary leverage to the opposition. And since IMO they're seriously lacking in this regard, no need to give them even a tiny bit of help.

4. I think there will be plenty of other holsters in court to make the point.

I wouldn't. As the subject of the hearing I would want to be as neutral an entity as possible.

I will be rolling out of the J-town area to make the event. I have room for 1-4 depending on how scrunched-up you are willing to be (extended truck cab).

I am going anyway, so I will not ask for gas money, however if you act like a jerk you will have a long way to walk.

Send me a PM if you are interested, and need a ride. (First PM gains shotgun rights)

Cheers!

Have we figured out times for these yet?

Also, while I doubt any need it I can lend a spare holster for your "empty" it's an owb leather piece, I'll need my serpa to carry in and my other for me to wear, as I agree, It is not only safer to leave my pistol in the holster and check the entire thing, since it's a paddle it's also easier.
But just for safety's sake I will probably unload it before checking it.

I'm thinking about leaving the Bersa with my motorcycle pants so I don't have to check it. I'm torn because I don't want to leave it in the car, and I also don't want to handle it too much.

Actually, I might just check it. If I do I might have to take someone up on the extra holster.

(I'm starting to become a pain in the ass)

I'm planning a high-noon arrival to town. (how appropriate!)
That give me time to park and then walk the three blocks to New Texas Lunch..

Figure 1230 I should be at the diner.
That leaves nearly an hour to eat/socialize & make faces at the media (J/K)

I'd say we should try and ge tto the CH by 1330 at the latest.

BTW (and OT) It's been a long time since I've done any Geocaching, mainly because my 60cs is out of order. For giggles I pulled up Chambersburg only to notice you have yourself a fine little cache under a mile from the town center!

Thinking back, that Mitsuko comment should have clicked but what can I say, I'm dense. Anout the only GPS I have is the Motorola Q, and I'm going to experiment to see if Google maps can get me there and let experience take over. Anything else worth hitting in the area?
