Thanks dan for permission to use the logo. I certainly don't want to do anything to cast a bad light on this group. If you have a higher-res image, I'll swap it out for the one I plucked from Google image search. It printed out a little better than I expected, but better is always......well, better.

I'm still open to suggestions on the design. I think less is more. Others who see us won't take the time to read a multi-sentence 'rant'. I also didn't think a 2a reference was a 'must have', since IMO, that isn't the core issue in my case.

I've established that my wife's office routinely purchases the plastic badge holders in bulk as their own supply walks away or wears out. She's going to figure the price and sell me as many as I want, so the "borrowing" is no longer an issue and I don't have to get any more than I need. I still plan to print these on peel and stick stock. If someone wants to pin it on, I'll just slip it into a holder. If they prefer to just stick it on their clothing, that will be possible as well.

Maybe some will return home, remove the insert and then peel and stick it in their scrapbook.

Also, please don't feel obligated to personally participate. I think it looks more 'professional' to have a uniform design on display if folks wish to do so, but please feel free to do what you want, whether that be displaying your own custom creation or having nothing at all on your clothing.

Hah! That exactly why it's there. I did a screenshot right out of MS Word, and it didn't like my grammar. When the page is printed, the word "law" will be underlined, the word "not" will not be.

I have been in frequent direct contact with Pa. Patriot throughout this ordeal. I'm sure he'd be willing to make contact with me beforehand to take possession of them, either from me, or from a designated location downtown (I have a specific place in mind). I don't know about the politics of the Texas Lunch folks, so it may be best to arrange a face-to-face exchange of some sort.
