I'm still up for this provided I can somehow hitch a ride at least halfway. I'll split any costs.

I think all those who attend should also consider that the court might not be able to accommodate everyone, either due to courtroom size, or a lack of lock boxes.
It also wouldn’t surprise me if the date got changed at the last moment.

I don't think courtroom size will be an issue. Courtroom 1 belongs to the President Judge and my attorney tells me it is the 'showpiece' of the courthouse.

QuincyTwpConstable posted in the main thread that there are 12-24 lockboxes. Twelve may not be enough, depending on how many are already in use before we arrive. I would expect 24 to be plenty. In any event, alerting them ahead of time is a good idea, since then they will know what to expect and should take the responsibility to have a contingency plan in place if needed (not that they will actually do that).

While possible, I seriously doubt that the date will be changed at the last minute. Numerous subpoenas have been issued, so it's not a simple matter of telling me and the (soon to be former) Sheriff to come back a different day.

While I won't elaborate on why I have been in there, I have, and Judge Walkers courtroom can hold approx. 150 people.

and he is definately going to be the former sheriff, as he did not run for the position again.

What time is everyone hoping to arrive. I may just hook up with you all at the court house. If I wake up early enough (work nights) I will meet you at the Texas Place at what time???

I'm thinking I want to arrive by noon. Park at the courthouse and walk to the meeting place.
