I like what the one person on the posting on the newspaper about the article said. "Next thing you know, FOX NEWS and CNN will have trucks here for the hearing". Imagine if it went that far. I think we would get a ruling that day for sure if that the case.

I called and told Hoss's to expect 15-24 at "3:30-4ish." I aired it out that there will be firearms present. I spoke with the gentleman who will be the ManagerOnDuty Tuesday afternoon. He was polite and I do not anticipate a problem.

I also spoke with the Manager at New Texas Lunch, told her basially we would be using the diner as a leap-off point. I told her to not worry about setting aside room for a large party as I figure most wont be sitting to eat. "I figure most folks will just be enjoying a cup of coffee or two, perhaps a bagel" I explained to her there would be firearms present, she said she didnt see a problem with it but was going to check with the owner. I'm going to call back over there in 2 or so hours and just get the final word.

RWhiteman--Any problems with Texas Lunch? If so, I may be able to help. I used to bounce The Orchards for the Kalathas family and still talk to them whenever I'm in there.

Just a head's up for everyone:


Providing the weather report for tomorrow is correct, by my calculations we would hit a spot of rain on the way back. Depending on when you leave it will be around the greensburg area. The front is moving about 12-15 MPH so just figgure that into your calculations.

That being said the chance is about 40% precip as reported so we don't really know how much we're going to get but it looks to be a decent travel day, at least heading out there.
