i believe i know the lady you are talking about. my cousin and i went to the sherriffs office to get his LTCF. there was a blond older lady with a huge "diamond" ring that acts like she owns the place. She is really inconsiderate and rude. i have no idea how she is still working there.

I have had zero problems with getting my LTCF from the delco sheriffs office.
Maybe you should go to the office and ask kindly about the status of your application. I attended the class that was given by the sheriffs office and they were all very friendly and helpful. I know if you ask nice about the status and tell them you have waited patiently for the full 45 days they will help you, maybe ask to see the sheriff and ask him and let him know the women was not nice on the phone. |

I would have to bet with bashing the sheriffs office you will not get any place fast.
No wonder they did not issue you a LTCF and would be surprised if they do. I have dealt with them for years and have had great success. And for all those who live outside the county please know who and what your talking about. |

Others have too (do a search) and experienced the same reaction, indifference from DelCo sheriff office. IOW, this is not unique to the OP and is in fact, not lawful, per the UFA. |

![]() Just because that is your approach does not mean everyone else is willing to sit back and ignore the sheriff breaking the law. Yep, the law. County of residence isn't even relevant to the discussion. |
