Not only is a recording of a phone conversation without all parties knowlege/consent "not admissible" It is also a felony to use such an illegally aquired recording.

18 Pa. Cons. Stat. §§ 5703, 5704: It is a felony to intercept any wire, oral or electronic communication without the consent of all participants. It also is a felony to disclose or use the contents of a communication when there is reason to know those contents were obtained through an illegal interception.

Under the statute, consent is not required for the taping of a non-electronic communication uttered by a person who does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in that communication. See definition of "oral communication," 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5702.

that's just asinine, I had the police background check done in less than a weeks time, picked up my background sheet up, headed up to the court house and it took no more than ten minutes to finish processing (not counting waiting in line, one person ahead of me)

(This was montgomery county by the way, I've moved to Bucks since then.)

well i called again about 2:20 and was told by someone(couldnt tell if it was a man or a woman) that they cant do progress over the phone...w/e "it" asked me how long i had been waiting so i said 10 days longer than allowed by law so "it" responded with oh just hang in there a little longer had anything been wrong we would have contacted you...i feel like im being messed with here, i dont like being messed with
