Don't really need something that stands up in count, just something that shows the AG what is going on over there.

Unfortunately doing whatever he wants is a common occurrence in DELCO, and it seems the AG just doesn't care either, I sent a comment to the AG via his web site on Nov. 30 and have yet to hear anything back. Here's what I wrote, maybe if everyone contacts the AG about this lack of concern for the law by the DELCO Sheriff we might get some satisfaction.

It is my daily carry weapon. I have put well over 1000 rounds through it and it has never failed.

Gorilla not happy
![]() But this is nothing we didn't already know. Sheriff McGinn indeed thinks he is above the law. He has continuall thumbed his nose at the UFA as well as use his office to unfairly intimidate people to not apply for LTCF's. (By requiring employer info and contacting employers). None of this will change until he is forced. Lawsuits. Complaints to the AG and maybe the county commissioners. Media exposure. Gear up DelCo activists, it's time to organize a plan and execute it. Any Delco attorneys interested in weighing in on this? As for recording the phone conversation. PA is an "all party consent" state. For purposes of phone calls, all parties involved must be aware of the recording in order to legally record a phone call. |
