AFAIK there is no mandated ammt. of storage, or even what type it must be.

The car load of weapons option.

If you guys decide on this course of action, please exercise caution when unholstering.

Watch your muzzles and exercise trigger finger discipline (Rule #3). Last thing we need is an ND outside the courthouse.

That was me... And I would expect it too. But, personally, considering the lack of common sense so far of the Franklin Co. Sheriff's office regarding this issue either in their actions or their statements to the press so I ain't holding my breath

As I said previously, they can deny folks but then I don't want to hear how "surprised" they are when they, the CO commissioners and the AG get flooded with complaints and maybe even private criminal complaints. It would lok bad for them again when we are the ones acting responsibly and lawfully and they are not.

Am I the only one who is getting really, really excited over how this might turn out? I couldn't sleep last night dreaming of westerns, and rolling into town to take down a crooked sheriff.

(Who put that idea in my head?)

Welcome to the forum!

You will still find it useful, so hang around for a while. Just don't go tempting us with your coastline

Thanks!

Do you mean the Eastern Shore/Chesapeake area? I think striped bass are getting ready to run...

I'm replying to this before I finish reading the other posts that follow, so I hope I'm not redundant.

I do things it's wise to have a contingency plan, but I think it would be great to completely fill all available lock boxes and inquire about further accommodation before implementing it.

I wish I could be there with you all. Unfortunately I'm stuck in Florida . No worries though, I will be back soon.

For this court hearing tomorrow:

Good luck gnbrotz. If there is anything that I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

Remember, EVERYONE, we will be in the eye of the public on this one. Use discretion. gnbrotz needs all of the support that he can get. That won't happen if you put up a fight at the courthouse. Remember this also, there is a time and place for a fight. This isn't the time or the place. Be there for him/us and then take the fight to them.

This will be one of the greatest days (win or lose) that we, as OCers/CCWers could have. This is a giant step in the right direction for us. Just think, if this does make case law...

Just so you all know, my heart has always been in PA. It's my home. I really wish I could be there for you with this one.
