I think that's a great idea. Besides a great time meeting some folks I'll need to re-fill my belly for the long drive anyway.
What say ye?
I'd be up for it, assuming that I'm back in the state by then to attend!

Why that's a hell of an idea!

i requested that day off today so if I get it, it's on! Someone should call the courthouse to make sure they have lockers to check firearms...

Yep. they are required by law to have the lockers, maybe they will have enough.
Of course I will be OC'ing to and from the hearing (cause' that's the kind of guy I am)

Personally, I hope they run out of lockers. That in and of itself should send a subtle message of it's own.

So where we going to eat? I like hot wings

There once was a great pub, on the west side of the square in Chambersburg, of course I don't remember the name, where I and some co-worker buddies would go...
That was more than 12 years ago though (it sucks getting old).

Someone should call that courthouse and MAKE SURE they DO have facilities for checking weapons....

I'll be OC'ing to and from as well...

They have the ability to check 1-2 dozen. Somehow I suspect that that's not going to be sufficient capacity this time.

From what I see here, it sounds like mistakes were made. Will be very interesting to hear "the rest of the story".

Is anyone from the Montgomery County area going? I would like to go but it is a little bit of a drive. About 2 1/2 hours I think. If anyone from the east in my area is going a carpool would be nice.

I know I'll be in Harrisburg the second and third of January for the OMHSAS Advisory Committee. From my office to the Bass Pro Shops, is about a 5 hour drive. The conference is at the Four Points Sheraton up the road a bit...

It generally costs me 70 bucks to get there. If someone wants to pitch in for gas and I can get the day off, I'll go...

I've got the day off.
I'll be headed SE from Wilkes-Barre area.
Anyone want to car-pool, let me know.

We also need to decide on a restaurant. (that's your que Chambersburg locals)
I would like to meet some more of you in addition to being able to discuss the days events.
