gnbrotz,

Holy crap, haven't read the thread in a few days. I can't believe this. Although I'm commenting, I also believe, as others have stated, that it would be a good idea for you to NOT post here until you've spoken with an attorney. Lurk if you want, but be careful posting.

Unbelievable. One doesn't even need a permit to OC in this state, yet the permit was revoked anyway.

Sent a PM to Dan to see if the PAFOA can't give this some attention.

What is the legal fund up to at this point?

I apologize for not getting to this sooner, I haven't been able to get on the forum in a week due to work (18+ hour days, ugh)

This is getting too much to read, Where can I donate?? Is there a separate link to Donate or do I need to go back and read 15 pages of posts to find it.

If we don't have a separate donation page, maybe we need to set one up. As stated ALL members need to get behind this, It would be interesting if ALL the members showed up as support/character witnesses at the Courthouse. It's worth a day off work.

i agree this is going to become a huge long, ongoing thread... i'm hoping a mod can somehow clean it up and organize it with links to the donation page and rummage sale..

Dan, sending you a PM.

To everyone: I'm in contact with gnbrotz and again, he will not be making much comment on the proceedings for a bit. He is going to decide what to post and what not after speaking with his counsel.
His message:
Quote:
I will not comment publicly on what's going on with this situation until cleared by counsel or matters are resolved. I do appreciate the ongoing discussion and think it's important that gun owners are aware of the situation. Rest assured that I am monitoring the forums closely and appreciate the support and well wishes.
