Default Is a PA carry license honored by NH?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if a PA carry license honored by NH? I have been to websites that say it is, while others say it is not. If anyone has a definitive answer, or knows how to get the definitive answer, please post it. Thanks.

Chris

The definitive answer is on the website of that state's Attorney General. Trust only that.

When I go to a state, I don't count on the local LE to know reciprocity. I print out that state's AG reciprocity page and have it on my person.

According to both the Pennsylvania Attorney General Website and the New Hampshire Department of Safety Website PA and NH have reciprocity with each other. I would print out and keep a copy of all information you can before you go.

I was under the impression that NH has no laws on the subject.. so reciprocity would be redundant.

Or maybe its just open carry.

But dont quote me on either one of those.

Just in case anyone was wondering...

According to both AG websites, PA does, in fact, have reciprocity with NH. Cool.

Packing.org also says NH recognizes Pa. Link. But if I were you I would get a NH Nonresident permit for $20.

For info on permit go to link below and go to FAQs

Not only does NH honor PA, but if you send NH a copy of your PA drivers license and CCW permit, they will send you a non resident permit for about $20.00 which also gives you a few more states to carry in. I think with PA and NH licenses, you can legally carry in around 20 some states.

Does anybody know how many states will issue a non resident permit like that? Imagine having a wallet full of carry permits........... Reminds me of a neighbor who got pulled over for speeding, the cop asked to see his pilots license. It was promptly produced, as my neighbor flew for AA. The cop looked at it, handed it back and told him to slow down.
