CHEMICAL: prudent or not, the law is the law...if they stop you they are ignoring the law and that is exactly why people need to stand up for their rights. why should one conceal when they are perfectly within their right not to, simply because of illegal actions of law enforcement?

nothing will ever change if everyone has this view. i'm not picking on you, i understand that most people don't want to be harassed by the police, but in a case like that it would simply be harassment. we should not HAVE TO CONCEAL because law enforcement should not make it an issue when we dont.

PA certainly does have non-resident LTCFs. It's just that residents of states that issue licenses/permits (no matter how infrequently) must have one from their home state in order to qualify for a PA non-res LTCF.

To the OP: I just graduated from Villanova this past May. I believe I lived in the same area is you my senior year. I lived on County Line just past the WaWa in between the hospital and the beer store around the corner. Smart thinking with the FL LTC. I wish I knew about that last year because although its a nice area, some sketchy stuff happened on that street and I wish I had something to protect myself if need be. Keep excersizing that right to carry and good luck in school. I'm assuming this is your senior year so enjoy it. It goes by quick.

People really are ignorant of oc & cc legality. I'm pretty sure those girls saw "gun" ... "OMG! he has a gun!" Those chicks thought only the law and BG's carry guns.
