I am attending the graduation of my youngest from a small private college in Pennsylvania.
I have reviewed a couple of PA websites: http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/pennsylvania.pdf http://www.acslpa.org/pa_uniform_firearms_act.htm http://www.portal.state.pa.us/...evel=2&css=L2&mode=2 And I have come to the conclusion that I can carry on a University /College campus but NOT in Primary/Secondary (K – 12) schools. Does this match your understanding? I did not find any reference to the PA policy on areas that have been posted with no firearms allowed. Here in Colorado these signs carry no legal weight but if the owner/manager asks you to leave you must or be charged with trespassing; what is the PA policy on this? |
