Click on the link I provided for any and all info, and if you can't find it there, call them, I am not in your county and some things differ from county to county so I can not answer that for you, nor can anyone else who hasn't dealt with Armstrong County.

Some counties you can leave with the license on the spot, some take anywhere from a few days to the limit of 45 (and beyond) before they issue. Best bet is to go to or call the sheriff.
