luzerne county
Just got back from picking up my permit. There was a sign on toe door that because of the recent luzerne county layoffs they won't be accepting any applications till after Jan 19th. There still trying to process hundreds of apps on limited man power. If they called you this week and said your permit is ready you need to pick them this week. I got there at 1 and waited 45 minutes in line. So if you go plan on standing in line, pick up time is from 12-8 this week.
