Smile Don't want to carry where it is not allowed

Other than elementary and Secondary schools, courthouses, Federal and state offices, where is one not permitted to have a concealed firearm. Is there somewhere I can find a list of places?

Here is what i say... if you have to think twice about it... dont carry it...

Examples
around a college
Grandmas house
Church
Pool partys
Keggers (kept in car)
Orgys
Christmas dinner with the In-Laws

you know the basic non-gun friendly places

Funny, I don't see any of those as inherently safe and sound...

I've found those to be very "gun-friendly".

Er...

I was reading a post here and someone mentioned www.corneredcat.com .
It's a site geared towards women and guns. Since I am a new gun owner, I have been reading everything I can and absorbing as much info as possible. Anyway, one of the sections in corneredcat is "would you carry a gun to a doctor's office, church, a friend's house, shopping and at home?" http://www.corneredcat.com/Social/carryto.aspx

There is a lot of great information on that site for all gun owners, especially me the newb.

Doesn't seem to me that church would be a very safe place. Might want to carry some personal protection there:

Notice MD comes up twice - must not be enough people there carrying guns due to thier screwed up laws for issuing CCW permits.
