1)States that don not have reciprocity with PA, but do have reciprocity with Utah.

2)Backup. If your one of those unfortunate individuals who find themselves a victem of the notorious character clause then you could still carry on a Utah permit in PA while sorting your LTCF situation ut in the courts.

3)Nothing says "I'm one of the cool kids!" like whipping out a rack of permits/licenses at the next PAFOA get togethers

4)Something new to collect that doesn't smell like bubblegum.

For us Easties, it gets us Delaware. For the Westies, you get Ohio. I find it utterly ridiculous that two bordering states won't recognize PAs LTCF, but will take a license to carry from Utah.

If I had to guess, I say it likely has something to do with the training requirement for the Utah License
