I have a CC permit for Bucks County but will be moving to Lehigh County around January. I assume I'll need to go get this transferred, where can I get that done?

I may be wrong, but I think you are OK with the permit you have, as it is good throughout the state. When it is up for renewal, you will then go to the Lehigh county courthouse to get your new one.

Easy now... Sheriff Rossi attempted to force applicants for LTCF to take a Psych test prior to being issued.

IMHO Trooper Friendly is anything but to gun owners...

Well, I don't know what he may or may not have attempted in the past, all I know is I got my LTCF in as straightforward a manner as possible, without any "extra advice" pages of notes about how/when I should carry that some of the other sheriffs seem to be doling out in their counties.

/on a side note, a psych test sounds like fun!

If you don't know don't tell people that you do. There is no "transfer" of LTCF. Your License is good for five years from the date of issue, and you need to go to your current sheriff's office to renew when the time comes. There is no need to change an address or inform anyone that you have moved, even if you move out of state.

It's probably true enough that there's no absolute need to have the LTCF updated with one's current address...

But it might be a good idea, nonetheless, just to keep one's ID cards in sync.

You have to do it with your drivers license, within 15 days if memory serves, so if it were me, I'd do it with the LTCF too... just in case of any LEO "confrontations" in the future... for all we've heard about how even LEOs don't always know the gun laws, you might get one who thinks the LTCF is no longer valid with an old address that doesn't match your driver's license.
