On Feb 26th the final signiture was added to this agreement. Let's hope that more will be added.

Now if only Pennsylvania wasn't "land locked" and we could legally carry outside the borders. I feel naked traveling over the Delaware River to visit family.

I've updated our reciprocity page.

Sadly this was more for OK than it was for us. OK honors all permits so they honored ours before we signed this agreement.

DE is never going to happen unless and until PA institutes a training requirement.

Just get a Utah or Florida non-resident and you're good to go in DE.
