I saw that link before and it did not direct me to the PDF that it does now.

That is exactly what I was looking for was a complete sample filing with each of the legal points made. I have several different samples now from different statutory law cases regarding license like this one.

I will be able to write and appeal now.

Thanks to those who have helped out!!

I'll keep you guys posted as to the results of the case after it gets moved along futher.
