Look at the application process to get the LTCF. One county makes you wait 45 days. Another tou wait 15 minutes. Yet they all play by the same rules.

Sorry, you don't know that for certain. You may feel you would have won, but you have no way of knowing that with any hope of certainty. But hey, knock yourself out - this is one time I am glad I am not in Pennsylvania.

Actually what I was wanting to find however, was a set of forms like theese for driving license suspension on the Lancaster County PA Self Help Center

http://www.co.lancaster.pa.us/prose/...sionappeal.pdf
Have fun with 'em. Really. Not saying if you should use them or not, but if you do, good luck with it.

Or a pdf copy of some one elses forms.
So, you want someone else to pay a lawyer to have the proper documents created, and you want a copy for free, as a favor?

Quote:
Law procedures are just duplication of paperwork changing names and other things per individual case.

When I get this all figured out, I'll post the sets of forms up and charge $5 for the pdf file of them for everyone else like Lancaster County does for these ones.
Keep it coming - I need a laugh.

Hope this helps.
Perhaps - or perhaps not. It all depends on what the OP is actually trying to accomplish, as opposed to what he is doing.

Counties have "local rules" or "star rules", which start with the State rules and then modify some of them, with a star or asterisk (*) in front. Many of the counties have their local rules online now, free for public viewing.

Which won't help the OP unless someone posts the link, calls the cable company to set up internet service, drives to Best Buy to get a laptop and printer combo, pays for the above, and sits next to him reading the relevant passages out loud like a bedtime story..............

LOL Your comment brings to mind a scene from one of my all time favorite movies, Arthur.

Arthur: Do you want to run my bath for me?
Hobson: It's what I live for.
[Arthur exits]
Hobson: Perhaps you would like me to wash your dick for you... you little shit.

Uh oh, I think I went off topic, now we have to start all over again.

Oh, they were the right forms. It was all right there on the website. I hope my advice helped him.

This thread should have had no more answers after post #8 IMO.

If this person can afford a $35,000 car he surely can afford a Lawyer.

If all his previous posts weren't enough to convince this community not to answer him any longer I would have thought post #33 would have done it. He comes here asking for help, get the help he asks for but doesn't like what he hears and then tell everyone he will find the information he needs (which is what he should have done in the first place instead of crying to us) and when he does find the information he tells us he is going to charge $5 for that information. (even though he wanted us to do his work for him for free)

I will be amazed if there are any posts after this one....

All he has to do is go to the website I talked about and fill out the online form.
